Fixed an inconsistency in the state entry sequence when a state of an orthogonal region is the target of a transition. Now the states are always entered according to the number of their orthogonal region, i.e. orthogonal region 0 first, then orthogonal region 1 and so on.
Since the current documentation does not define the sequence (it will in the future) users should not notice any difference.
