Rearrange the test to prevent undefined reference to init_unit_test_suite,

when:
  - BOOST_NO_TEMPLATE_PARTIAL_SPECIALIZATION is not defined
  - Toolset is gcc/Linux
  - Boost.Test is built as shared library
