WIP: 收紧群聊输入状态语义

[gstack-context]
Decisions: queued 不显示正在输入；断线时清空；状态槽紧贴 composer 且位于引用和附件之后
Remaining: 最终完整测试、重启 8800、真实浏览器验收
Tried: queued-running-idle 与引用顺序回归通过
